They 'MAY' hold money for 21 days.

Keyword there. They're not saying they will, usually a lot lot quicker than 21 days especially nowadays.

Why would u put tracking in ebay and paypal seems overkill to me

Load to ebay and it automatically goes to paypal.

Don't load tracking and have all sorts of issues.

Because doing that saves your making a thread of being worried about how to run your account correctly.

Loose connection there somewhere.

Get the wiring checked.

Adding tracking reduces the amount from 21 days to a week or so..

Adding tracking also hugely reduces the chances of a limitation as well.

I may be wrong but thinks its approx 21 days with no tracking and not marked as desptached, about 7 days marked as despatched without tracking and around 3-5 marked as despatched with tracking.
It may have all.changed now but thats what i last remember from my old accounts.So im sorry if im.confusing matters :-)

I have put tracking info in ebay and paypal and now i will c how many days they hold monies for?

I have just checked paypal and after 4 days they are slowly releasing funds for my first 3 sales

I do not add tracking on new accs with holds, as I am selling low value items, usually 10 per month to start with and then you get 'you can sell more' message, just mark as dispatched and usually the the holds come off in under 2 weeks. You should not be worried about holds, you should prepare an account in order to sell the bigger stuff once no more holds occur. I have also never had a limitation or lost an account during the holds period, all my lost accs have been on trying to list first item. There was a spate a few years ago for some unknown reason, and never again.....
