Digital Items?

Hey,

I was wondering how some sellers can list digital items without a BAN! For Ex:

WARNING EBAY LINK

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Microsoft-Wi...item2ed76ee97c

Anyone know?

Re: Digital Items?

3 reasons generally.

They have permission
They have a strong, or are linked to a strong EB
They have not yet gotten caught.

Re: Digital Items?

Forget about selling something like that on a brand new account.

As far as digital items are concerned (speaking from my experience on eBay.it) eBooks are sometimes tolerated but software, Operating Systems, and games accounts are very very risky.

Re: Digital Items?

Digital goods of any kind are dodgy i got TOTALLY screwed over by many buyers back in the day when i used to sell game currencies
Alot of people know ebay loves there buyers more than sellers and further use this to exploit the system.

So just leave it be buddy honest, And those that do sell without ban can probably do so because of massive amount of feedback they have

Nah, that backfires.

Concentrate on making your own accounts better than theirs.

Because at the end of the day, you can make full use of stealth learning and be better than them.

Worry about your own sales - not of others

Re: Digital Items?

these are OEM copies and are much cheaper than retail copies and must be sold with a motherboard to be legit so the ones on eBay are fraudulent

They may actually be a legit Microsoft reseller, they been around for almost 4 years, which is a long time when you have advertised a brand like Microsoft,

His software is for a Dell PC and not the one pictured in his listing as it seems that Dell software is available in abundance and will work on any PC and only Microsoft can answer why there is thousands of unlicensed Dell CD's on the market:cheer:

You're allowed if you ask them for permission. Otherwise you're not allowed and although you may get away with it for weeks, months or even a year, eventually you will get mc999's. This person may have gotten mc999's already, who knows.
