Can't get past "Add Payment Method" on Ebay.
 

I am trying to set up my first Ebay Stealth acct. However, I cant seem to go past "Add payment method".
I selected Paypal, went past the phone verification, went to Paypal, entered all details, got the Paypal Pre approved agreement message and selected Agree. The system then takes me back to select Payment method again and the process starts again. I have done this about 5times and it is still the same. Also, I am unable to call Ebay about it as it seems to be stuck on this page.
Can anyone tell me what this means. Is the account gone now? Please Help. Thank you

The page after you agree to their Billing Agreement and it goes to eBay to turn into a seller account, that page has been glitching all day.

If you go back to the page where it asks how you want to pay fees, instead of choosing PayPal, click the drop down box, enter the VCC number used on PayPal and submit, it will create the seller account.

Then you need to go to the PayPal Account page under 'account' on eBay and set that up as your automatic billing method unless you want to keep that VCC as the main method that's also fine
