It might have been an accident as a hasty remark was being left.
If the comment itself is a positive one in nature no reason they wont revise it to a positive one.
Be sure to word the email in NICE tones - not pushy ones. You want to make sure you don't upset them in any way shape or form.
Happened to me a couple of times and doing this resolved it quickly.

I've had this happen a couple times. I am actually afraid to message the buyer and ask them to revise it to positive. ebay buyers are so out of their mind I wouldn't be surprised if the sick SOB revises it to a negative instead of a positive.

iv had two Neutrals and one negative, aswel as low star ratings removed by ebay. You be surprised that ebay now in some cases will remove feedbacks and low star and or defect rates.

Have you not just considered asking them if there was a problem that you could look at as you are a little puzzled by the neutral FB?
