Refunding through eBay returns section.

Hi

A buyer sent items back for a refund saying they were faulty. Items have been returned a 5 days ago but the eBay returns process is still saying dispatched and not delivered. It looks like they put the delivery as royal mail but it was myhermes who delivered it. Buyer is now asking for a refund as they been delivered. But if I clicked refund anyway link would I still get my fvf returned?

You should get the fvf returned because the case would close with refund

Rsot is correct. refund them and your fees will be credited back to you.
