| | | taerese | 11-16-2014 02:55 PM | Stealth account for a business seller A lot of threads I read on here are dated and I am not sure if stealth accounts still works or ebay has cracked them. I used to be a business seller on ebay with my business name associated with the account, unfortunately, like many of you, I woke up one day to find my account suspended for low standard. I appealed with no success.
I am looking to getting started afresh with brand new computers, various low cost offices locations but I would need several accounts that have good enough listing allowances or a multiple of fairly good allowances.
I want to run on zero risk so I dont want to start cleaning cookies everyday or private browsing whatever. Would it be okay if I run two stealth accounts from same location, so I can spread like 10 into 5 different office locations? |

| taerese | 11-16-2014 05:28 PM | Re: Stealth account for a business seller Thanks for the update @stevebills. I am currently on sky broadband. Do you mean I should use dongles to power my laptops for ebay activities? Maybe I should get 3 dongles for 3 diff laptops and use those laptops exclusively for ebay activities?
Make sense? |

Make sense? | You only need the one dongle.
However, every time you use an account make sure the IP address is different... To change the ip address all you do is unplug and plug it back in.
To keep track of your IP addresses keep a log on an excel sheet. |

Now, I am looking to buy stealth accounts cause I cant stand creating new accounts with a very limited listing allowance. I read that my account should not be more than 50miles from my location. Are these the risk attached to buying stealth accounts? |
| JamesNorth101 | 11-16-2014 07:02 PM | Re: Stealth account for a business seller Being within 50 miles is no longer an issue so long as the IP is from the same country |

After my ebay earnings are transferred to my stealth PayPal account, is it safe to move that money to my original paypal account that is associated with my business account (This was the same paypal account associated with my previously suspended ebay account) |

Make sense? | One laptop and one.dongle will be suffice. Just operate using user accounts :-) |

No it is not safe to do that. You will need a bank account to withdraw to. |

I just took orders for a large stock when my previous account was suspended. Infact, I was planning to expand at the time. I need to increase my stock holdings to at least £15,000. So, I am not sure a user account will be sufficient enough and may not look even professional.
I am thiinking 1 desktop + dongle to one staff. My old laptop I use to connect to ebay (This one I am using at the moment) will be sold off. I dont want to start clearing cookie cause I want to connect to a diff ebay account. So, 1 ebay account = 1 dedicated laptop.
@JamesNorth101
Can I withdraw paypal to entropay? otherwise any new bank account will still be associated to my old name and address (Connection which I dont want at all. And I do not want to use family/friend as I like to keep business strictly business)
Guys... I am very happy for all your support. Its my first day on this forum and its like heaven. I wish I could send xmas gifts to you all as a thank you. |

I have one friend have done the same thing and got linked with his suspended old PP. Good luck... |

| Nope. Going to need a new bank account for this one :thumb: |
| taerese | 11-16-2014 10:50 PM | Re: Stealth account for a business seller Thanks. Below is the summary of my understanding so far based on your various assistance! but I wanted to know why I needed a Virtual Credit Card -entropay for example.
- New laptops
- Rent mailbox - Realname
- Get entropay account with real name
- Open paypal with stealth name
- Open ebay with stealth name
- Always use PayPal to pay ebay fees
Since I will be opening a new bank account for each stealth (Think money or cooperative) and my money will be withdrawn from PayPal into this account.
Why do I need VCC |

Why do I need VCC | No need fro a new laptop
You can also use VCC to pay eBay fees.
The VCC will also confirm the PayPal. |

It's fine these days to have your IP simply within the same country.
If you are making multiple accounts, I would strongly suggest two dongles to give you a wider range of IPs. Thus you look different to ebay.
Good Luck

I have been reading this forum for the past 8 hours non stop.
The previous account I associated with my ebay which was suspended was my business current account. Is it a good idea if I ask the bank to open a savings account for me under the same business account?
The other alternative I am considering is the think money or the co-operative.
Links below: Cashminder | The Co-operative Bank Apply for a thinkmoney Personal Account online |

| taerese | 11-17-2014 03:37 PM | Re: Stealth account for a business seller Hi guys its me again.
Just re read everything from top and I have a question:
Why cant I use my real name with VCC since I am using a real name with the bank account. Afterall, whatever checks PayPal would do on the VCC they can as well do on the bank account I am withdrawing to. |
| stevebills | 11-17-2014 03:50 PM | Re: Stealth account for a business seller PP cant see the bank account or VCC (if using Entropay) registered addresses.
You use a VCC to confirm the address, bank account to verify the PP account.;) |

In that case, why cant I use a real name with PP if my address has actually changed (Moved home). What else do they have to associate me with the old account?
I asked this because of the situation when they ask stealth account holders to verify their identity. When it comes to this situation, I know it would be game over since they would share this Identity with ebay, so, I will just verify my identity, then withdraw my money and move on. Better than a situation I am unable to verify my identify and unable to withdraw my money at the same time. | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 06:14 AM. | |
