New names
 

I was just wandering how important new names were, there must be a lot of people in the world with the same first & last names?

I'm Andrew so it's very easy to be Andy, I don't think my bank will mind that.

However my better half is really called Mandy, she could be Amanda but could there be any problems with linking to banks when that really Amanda really isn't her name?

She didn't have a paypal before, she just used mine but I assume the name issue is more with ebay than paypal?

Personally i would go completely new on details.

Many banks accept mismatched names so i wouldnt worry about that :-)
