Withdrawal pending for 6 days

So, i always get the 2 hour withdrawals on a certain account of mine. But last Thursday i withdrew and it said 72 hours. So, the next day i withdrew and that said 72 hours too.

Every day thereafter though they are back to 2 hours (instant). The second 72 hourer cleared after 24 hours but the first 72 houer is STILL pending now. Its gone way over 72 hours!

Anyone got any input/advice?! I'd prefer to avoid calling pp obviously
