is it safe to buy things on an ebay stealth account i will be sending it to my mates uni accomidation and using diffrent name registered on ebay account

This sounds a bit sketchy.. are you sending things to your 'mate' just because they say you can use it or is something else?

I will always only post to buyers Reg Ebay address, usually their ebay reg address and PP confirmed address both match

and theres so many scumbag competitor sellers who will try stitch u up/ play dirty if you dare 'undercut' them by buying from you using a stealth and having it sent to a different address to their ebay registered one!

it a ebay stealth account and the paypal and ebay address not mine i just want to buy some cheap things 1/2 pounds so i can get a good feedback score
so i can sell better

Getting feedbacks buying cheap things is not a very good method.
Since you are planning to sell, it is much better to make your feedback grow based on the things you sell.
