paypal was suspened today

not having much luck this week lost 2 accounts so going to take a break and do something else like relax in my Hot tub and cya all next year!!

I worked how I got limited in paypal and i reported a lost debit card
to the Halifax and they did a security check and spotted my paypal mismatched names
and returned the money to paypal and then paypal limited my account

There must be more to that, I always use savers accounts and some of them have rejected withdrawals, but accounts still running. Have you made funds transfer to another PP account or made a purchase with equal amount right after?

nope the Halifax is still running but paypal is limited and there is no more to it than that

I'd be very reluctant to believe that Halifax has caused the limitation.

unless paypal are lying as they say it was reversed by the bank but i only have there word for it
and i have been told the bank can see the mismatch of names so surely that would raise a red flag

So your PP statement says 'reversed by bank' and your PP account is limited? That doesn't mean your PP account is limited because a transaction was reversed by the bank!

You've had problems with banks from day one. If you have a problem with one bank in the UK, you have a problem with all the banks in the UK.

Halifax have marked you as a fraudster, no other bank will have you.
