Do Paypal still release funds after conformation of delivery ?
 

I was thinking of contacting PayPal Via Email to see if they can release my funds before the 21 day hold.

Does this method still work ?

Yes, done it recently on one of mine. Worked fine.

Although I wouldn't over abuse it or do it on multiple stealths.

Personally I would want to avoid any contact with pp unless absolutely necessary.
Mark item as despatched and adding tracking usually results in those funds getting released sooner.

That is true. But for some reason once I added the tracking number the days of funds available never changed and is stuck on 21 days.

Although I did this one a bit different. I marked it dispatched the same day and I put the tracking number 1 day after .

Usually I do it all on the same day.

Do you upload tracking to both ebay and pp?
The reason i ask is because i have noticed on a couple of my accounts that when i upload to eb, it hasnt automatically uploaded to pp. And given that pp.who is holding the money, i personally upload my tracking to them.first....out of habit now i guess

There's a small delay if you upload tracking through eBay but it will upload just not instant
