So you can't get a fvf credit unless you refund now?
 

So I just sold an expensive but of kit. The buyer haggled me down under the condition that he we could cancel transaction once he recieved. So I don't pay my fvf. So today he recieved all happy. When trying to cancel I see it's now changed so you have to refund in irder for it to be cancelled!!! Bloody eBay.

The issue is I stupidly dropped the price in thinking that I would be able to circumvent the eBay fees which by the looks of it can't be done anymore!!!!

Take a sale like that OFF ebay.
Phone call works wonderful. Buyer can still use paypal if they choose.

and now with all the oddities paypal is doing, try to take another form of payment if you can set that up.

Yeah it's been ages since I did this and didn't know the new procedure means that it can't be done if paid via PayPal.

What you need to do is check out all the niggly changes.

Otherwise you get caught.

There's no longer the little workarounds.

You now have to protect yourself every way you look with ebay/paypal.
