Default Viewing my item listings

As I was unable to change my IP address, I was forced to use mobile data to use PayPal/eBay etc. So: would there be suspicion if I check my item listings on my banned IP? (Not log-in, just search the item to check if it's still on) Because it will become very expensive if I continuously use mobile data to view my listings. Or, is there any other methods for me to view my listings? Thanks.

Turning wifi on my separate vodafone r207 and create a hotspot for my laptop. Sign in then check listings. this is what I currently do but it's expensive.

Why can't you change your i.p? do you have a pc/laptop?

Using a dongle is an easy way of running multiple stealths if you do, as long as it is dynamic, which I believe most are.

At the end of the day you have to be prepared to invest a little money to run good stealths.

Ok is this where we get into tethering? cos if so that is beyond my knowledge base.

I just prefer to use multiple user accounts off the lappy and a dongle, keeps it nice and simple.

A dongle is very similar to my Vodafone R207, however a dongle is USB whereas R207 creates a hotspot for all WiFi devices.

I will leave it to someone with more knowledge than me to advise you then, I am always rather paranoid about what kind of 'signature' these other devices could leave so never really looked into them.

To answer your question, Yes you can. Never bid and it is best not to watch either. This edges paranoia but makes sense too.

But it is easier to monitor your email. search the forum on how best to manage accounts via email.
