PayPal limited after missing call

Hi guys

Ive had a pretty healthy ebay account no negatives no cases. Been running for 6 months

Got £7700 limit wasn't using all of it every month maybe £3000/4000 last month and was hoping to hit £7000 limit this month

Today I got the following email from paypal

*****************
We need your help resolving an issue with your account. To give us time to
work together on this, we've temporarily limited what you can do with your
account until the issue is resolved.

We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal
account. We want to work with you to get your account back to normal as
quickly as possible.

What's the problem?

We've tried to contact you to verify some of your account details, but we
couldn't reach you. As a result we've limited your access to your PayPal
account.

Please contact us to address this issue. You can contact PayPal by clicking
Contact in the footer of all PayPal pages.

Case ID Number: CASE ID NUMBER

How you can help

It's usually quite straightforward to take care of these things. Most of
the time, we just need some more information about your account or latest
transactions.

To help us with this and to find out what you can and can't do with your
account until the issue is resolved, log in to your account and go to the
Resolution Centre.

About 30mins later I got a MC011

Is there anything I should be worried about. I know I have to call but whats the likely hood of getting it back?

Should I call from the mobile number that I registered with or can I do a 141 and call the customer help number from a landline?

Thanks

Have nothing to lose with calling so go for it, and yeah if possible use the number you registered.

Going to depend on what paypal specially wants if ebay is restored though.

Managed to get it restored

This was a funny one.

My items were still listed on ebay and I could take payments but i couldn't alter the listings.

I rang PayPal last night and they said I need to go through the list of stuff they require.

I sent in a bank statement, driving licence and some invoices. Woke up this morning and limit had been lifted.

Only issue is another one of my PayPals has now been limited - no email or anything. And its not showing me why or if they require anything from me.

This I think will require a phone call to see whats wrong

need some help on this

Limit got lifted on the 12th however ebay still thinks the limit is in place. Ive just attempted to change one of my listings only to get this message

Important Message
We've noticed some activity on your account, and we need your help in verifying some information. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but while we're working things out with you, you'll have limited access to list new items on eBay.

To help us resolve this, please log in to your PayPal account, and go to My Account > Resolution Center, and complete the steps for each requirement.

Thanks for your attention

Ive also noticed a similar message when Ive attempted to use the chat feature on ebay and also when I've attempted to request higher selling limits

WTH is going on and how do I resolve the issue?

Anyone experienced this issue before?

Re: PayPal limited after missing call

Check your paypal first like it said under resolution center if it's all, clear and nothing new just came up than it may just be a lag in communication between eBay and PayPal and a simple call to eBay will straighten that out

No longer any issues with paypal.

I'm waiting it out till end of month hoping it'll get resolved without me having to call.

If it doesn't sort itself out on 1st then I will have no choice but to call in
