i want to sign up and buy & sell.im a uk user.
i live at my cousins,he is already registered at that address.it is ok for me to sign up with my own e-mail,bank account etc....just same address??
and also do ebay and paypal allow me to verify by sending me a pin through the post? as i have no landline.any help will be appreciated!

Yep that'll be fine as long he;s not banned from either or they'll be watching his ip. Yes i know paypal can send a pin out if you dont have a landline but you have to give a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ phone number then on paypal try and verify it then when they cant they'll send you a pin i dont know about ebay though.

thats another thing im stuck on.
are phoneboxes working.or can a friends number be used,and is it ok to use to then change the number for a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one.i think that then needs confirming too ?

follow forum iphone details re phoneboxes, or
sure use a friends that isnt registered

you could always change to mobile once seller verification completed, but theres a chance you may need to reverify in the future.
