anyone used santander to add to paypal recently?
 

I added santander last weekend to stealth paypal account as have done many times before without any issues. Pin code is usually instant upon logging into online banking, I figured perhaps the weekend and it been delayed. I gave it 5 working days and still nothing 9 days later, is there any new changes as would be shame to blow out a bank account, I have tried to confirm over and over and still no pin.
Maybe some new change in force or bank now matching names.
Anyone had recent success with them this past few weeks?

Worth giving PayPal a ring. May be an issue their site and the code may need to be sent again :thumb:

Im worried about phoning in especially with these new checks and limitations happening all over UK.
What if I removed the bank, then add it again would that override it for new pin?

You would need to ring if you removed and re-added the account as they would need to do it manually.

Really is pretty simple to ring into PP re this. Nothing at all to worry about :)

This happenned with one of my bank accounts. Cant remember which.
I emailed paypal and they apologised and resent code.

Ok, but wont they pick up the fact it is a savings account when phoning?

They know that its a savings account already.

They will just say that you cannot use it to fund PayPal for payments.

They always have been great for stealth andy I can vouch for that, no problems over mismatched names, the above issue will be a paypal glitch, have to say I haven't ussed Santander this year as the ebay got suspended so the paypal is in limbo, but defo no problems with that bank.

They have always worked pretty nicely
