Default Starting a stealth account

Hi
I'm new here and planning on going stealth having been suspend a while back on dsrs. I've had a good look through the forums, but was hoping for advice on a few things.

I have a fresh bank account I can use so that's storted, but I'm a little confused about vccs. I'll probably use entopay, unless there's a better option, but can i/do I register this in my stealth name or my real name. If I use my real name can this be seen?

I won't have a working address on my stealth account. I get very few returns and those that I do are low valve so I'm just going to have to take the hit on them and refund. On a past account eb have sent a letter with a code to increase selling limit from 10 to 100. I'm not going to be able to get that letter. Someone suggested that a work around was to add a landline number (virtual of course) instead of a mobile, which gives an automatic 100 limit with no letter sent. Anyone know if that's right?

Finally does it matter if you register as personal or business? I've always had a personal account as I sell a low volume.

Thank you and happy christmas x

Entropay is a top option. You register it in your real details. They will not share your details with PayPal

No automatic increases with a landline being added. You will have to start with 10 items and £650 per month until you get a natural increase. They do sometimes still try to send letters, but its rare.

If its a business account you will need an access able address for the managed returns

Days of not having access to addresses are gone.

Accounts these days need to have them.

Can you confirm that NO details are shared with Paypal?
I'm opening an Entropay account and need to top it up with a Debit card that eBay and Paypal has the details of. Can you confirm that this card info will not be shared with eBay?
I'm still looking into a new bank account for stealth and will add this to Entropay Paypal and ebay at a later date.
Thanks.
