Speculation with appeal denied limitation accounts that they wait 180 days to find out if they do.

leave it and move on. ringing in will do absolutely nothing all you will do is wind yourself up. The will tell you what you want to hear and then do nothing.

4 of my PP got limited, 2 got back after call them and submitted ID and other docs.
1 gone with no appeal.
1 is in progress.

what did you provide for credit card statement?

do you have a credit card attached to this paypal or entropay VCC?

When you get that LONG list of steps to follow...it really is a low low chance of reinstatement, sadly :(
