Can I reset a previously used tablet for stealth account

Hi I had been using a tablet and the ebay app to list etc on my suspended account. If I factory reset my tablet, tether it to the 4G on my phone and reinstall the app, will I be safe to register my new stealth? Will they be able to trace it back to my original account because I'm using the same tablet? I'm guessing not as all the cookies will be gone but wanted to check. Thank you

No, you may never use that ebay app with any new stealth account.

You have a great risk of being linked.

Avoid using the ebay pr paypal app always.

So I'd be ok still using the same tablet that's been reset with the stealth account, but use the browser rather than downloading the app?

Yes you can use the browser, just not the App again

That will work fine with the browser.
