PAYPAL merchants fee apply
 

I went to appy merchants fee here:

PayPal users interested in receiving the Merchant Rate should apply via our online application form. In the event that your request is refused, please note that you may only submit an application once every thirty days.
If you qualify for the merchant rate, log in to your PayPal account and apply. "

So login my account and the pages always came with main page. No where that I can apply the merchant fee.

Always type something like "Warning! PP/eB link" when putting up a PP hyperlink or eB hyperlink

I don't want to click the link RSOT has stricken the fear of god into me but you can apply for it from your setting dash under account settings.

Only apply if you meet the criteria, if you haven't yet then wait it out.
