See a lot of bans,limitations since Dec in u.k.
Want to buy,but wondering if better to wait until
Dust settles.

I have been waiting to see what happens myself and if the Account sellers can guarantee paypal Uk accounts wont get slaughtered then I suggest u move forward

Im not an account seller, but I doubt any seller could offer those, or indeed, any, guarantees, where paypal are concerned
