Does anyone use royal mail online despatch manager for multiple ebay accounts?
 

Can royal mail despatch manager be used for multiple ebay accounts?
Royal mail business manager said it can but surely that would cause linkage as can be used without logging into ebay and marking item as dispatched.

Making the switch over from ppi labels to printed barcode labels to hopefully eliminate item not received scammers.

I don't see how as RMDO is completely separate, you just put a csv in a folder and it generates a label

Do you use it? Only my business manager said once set up you can mark the orders as dispatched without logging into ebay. Then obviously you can only link it to one ebay account. I dont want to buy the printer for it, set it up then realise its no good for multiple ebay accounts.

to be honest we don't use it with ebay

we have 8 printers and they are very expensive

if your dispatching 1000's of orders don't use rmdmo as it is slow at generating the labels

royal mail have admitted this them selves and have referred us to a third party to resolve the issue using another system that integrate with theirs

i don't think your talking about using royal mails interface to mark the orders as dispatched are you? I've not seen this functionality, something else would have to pickup the out put with the consignment number to then mark it as dispatched? if thats the case then that system will be what you will need to look into

I would love to dispatch 1000's of orders daily. lol
I currently use the ppi impression labels which works and are easy with dymo printer for customer address. Previously my royal mail business manager (gave me written proof that I could) said i can use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ barcodes as this reduces the items not received, but royal mail head office have pulled me up for it twice saying it not allowed as postmen and sorting think they scan.
So its main purpose is for the item to have barcodes which they said within the next 2 years every item of post will have a barcode.
Should help with losses also as they will know where the last scan was.
