At what stage do you employ your first staff?

At what stage do you employ your first staff and additional staff members, I mean what kind of sales were you doing before you employ them and how do you cordinate people managing your business on stealth accounts?

There is another thread about something similar.

The census is that the vast majority of stealthers work alone mostly with many being a bit bitter about employees.

It's simple, if you think that an employee can improve your efficiency, then hire one or more. Just do the math, try thinking how can you reduce the time you spend on answering messages, packing and going to the post office...

You hire an employee the minute they can make you more than their cost including any reasonable liability.
