| spider | 01-12-2015 05:37 PM | Best PAYG sim card? Hi guys, I'm hoping someone can help me please.
I'm creating a few stealth accounts to get a few feedbacks and let them age until this problem with paypal limitations is sorted.
My question is - Are there any PAYG sim cards out there that will accept text messages without having to top up with any credit?
Any thoughts are appreciated, thank you |

You just need credit to send messages...not receive.
If you are keeping sim card stored.away for.future please note that many sim cards expire after 3 months or so if you dont top up....so you will have to put a fiver on it at some point :-) |
| spider | 01-12-2015 06:46 PM | Re: Best PAYG sim card? I always use to use Orange PAYG sims as they would receive texts without having any credit. I have now been told that this is no longer the case since their merge with T mobile and you now need credit to receive texts. I was always under the impression that this has always been the case with Vodaphone so I've never used them.
So is this false? Can you please confirm which ones are best to use. Thanks |

Never heard of needing credit to receive texts |

O2.
Best thing to do is go to testo, but 1 of each network and see which works best for you :thumb: |

| RosieTosie | 01-14-2015 05:17 PM | Re: Best PAYG sim card? Nope never heard of that one either, I'm on orange/ee and it truly works great, you know you can be building up some very useful feedback and sales while you are waiting for developments in the paypal limitations to get sorted out, might have to wait a while for that issue to be resolved which gives you plenty of time to get busy selling and creating some income for yourself |

| spider | 01-14-2015 06:33 PM | Re: Best PAYG sim card? Yeah RosieTosie you're right, I'm using this time to get some feedback on older accounts I've been leaving to age.
Peterspike I like the idea of sorting your sim cards like that. I'm going to use that idea as I've just cleared out Tesco of all their Vodaphone PAYG sim cards. I can't believe I've been avoiding Vodaphone all these years and they work fine without credit !!! Yet another thing I have to thank the forum for. |

| JamesNorth101 | 01-17-2015 09:41 PM | Re: Best PAYG sim card? Anything that is free with be no use because it will have been abused.
You need a new number per account.
Soho66 is IMO the best place to get decent numbers from and its easy to get up call forwarding. |

These were tmobile Pay has you go.
The brilliant thing about this is that. You just need to top it up when you need to make a call.
Apart from this. It is great to use for a stealth accounts
It accepts text messages and call without topping it up.
Very cost effective.
I have about 100 of these |

Where did you get those eternity4u, they sound like a really useful acquisition! |
| eternity4u | 02-07-2015 10:38 AM | Re: Best PAYG sim card? Rosie Tosie. You can get from eBay. But I know a person who does these very very cheap
These 100 sims only cost me £15.00 or so.
But still very good investment for stealths. |

| comp07974 | 02-10-2015 02:31 AM | Re: Best PAYG sim card? I just use tesco sims, I must say I am playing with Fire tho as I only alternate the sim cards in a cheap phone. I know the best idea is to keep them all active in a phone however; like many others have said, a phone call back to ebay will soon lift a Hold if we do miss a call. | | All times are GMT -5.
