eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

Hi all, I have an entropay CC with £165 on it to pay ebay fees of £155. It is not accepting the payment? Any reason why?

I am making a one time payment to ebay via entropay CC to clear the fees due, I can NOT use paypal as the paypal is limited but the ebay is not.....

Just checked and I have enough on it, £165 and ebay fees are £156

Send them an email explaining the situation and ask them why they are not apparently releasing your funds and how that is stopping you paying your eBay fees

Sometimes they will charge the card in Euros.

You may need to go in and change the funding currency, or add an extra £10 to the VCC.

Euro?

Entropay card states it has exactly £165 on it.

EBay are trying to take exactly £156.

It doesn't mention euros anywhere either on entropay or eBay?

I agree with JamesNorth.
Pretty sure there was a similar situation recently with someone who had the funds couldnt do the transaction but upon topping it up a little more, it went through.
Try it. If it works and you have a little something left on the card you could just spend it online :-)

When you enter the 16 digit card number in to ebay, are you spacing it out? Eg 2034 4566 2432 2345?

If you are, enter the digits again but with no spacing. Eg 3456736447577374

First try a lower amount from the Entropay - you owe 155 on eB - do a one time payment of 100 and see what happens - then add more to your card

I paid my ebay fees with my entropy card yesterday £180ish no issues
