eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - PayPal refund using VCC

This question probably has a really simple answer but I can't see to find it :/

If I needed to refund a transaction but my PayPal balance is £0.00, rather than sell something to 'someone', is it possible to process the refund with the funds on your VCC?

If the VCC attached to your Paypal has funds, yes Paypal will get the money from there.

It should tell you on the payment screen before you proceed.

You cannot use a VCC to issue a refund. (unless that has changed in the last month or so?)

Its a real PITA

You can only use your PayPal balance or a bank account (and of course using a bank account for a stealth account is not an option)

You would need to sell more items to bump up your PayPal balance and then refund.

Paypal always has taken the money from my bank account if I don't have funds in my paypal. They never tried my CC.

So we need to link a bank account to our paypal's today get them verified do we not? How are we withdrawing our funds once we have built up a safe PayPal? Sorry I'm new to this and learning

Yes, verify paypal with a bank account. Then you can withdraw your funds to that account.

I always verify and confirm paypal before anything else.:-)

Verifying PayPal by attaching a bank account to it is always the best option for the smooth running of the transactions from your sales

Very bad move....
If you havent got funds to pay fees, do a one off payment with your vcc before fees are due to avoid them.going to your bank account. You dont want paypal near your bank account :-)
