Chaning of eBay and Paypal address

Hello! Been lurkin here for a while now but I thought I'd ask you lot a practical questions.

I have a legit eBay that I use but other people that live in my house use same address, for their private eBay accounts. Nothing stealth nothing "creative" just we are all sharing a house.
My DSR has dropped into red and I'm afraid that my account might get restricted and I wanted to change my address before that happens so that I wouldn't put other peoples accounts into risk.

Would it be safe to change my address to an address that I lived at before I created eBay and Paypal account? I don't live there anymore but I know it's a safe address.

My account is fully legit, my own name and bank account and I've used eBay well over a year now and have somewhere close to 200 transactions, mostly selling.

Any advice how to save other peoples accounts and income in case something might happen to my account?
Thanks!

The link will still be there even if you change your address.

Keep your get your DSR improved and then keep your fingers crossed :thumb:

List some cheap pound shop items that look like might be worth bit more than you paid for them, or some stationery items, things that you can move through your account quickly to get your feedback up, that's what you need to ease your situation here, or reduce some of your prices on items you have, forget about making a profit on them for now until you are out of this predicament

The more pratical question to ask is what can I do to improve my DSRs. No new address will ever resolve low DSRs.

My questions are what happened that they dropped badly in the first place. What steps are you taking to ensure there is little chance of this happening again?

The DSR problem slowly crept up slowly around Christmas time due to very mixed reasons.
I had 3 "Not arrived" cases opened and only one actually never made it- Other times were sent abroad and just took a bit longer.
I had 2 items that I sold for 80% lower price than normal, because they were meant for parts and spares because they were broken- Both customers rated description either 1,2, or 3.
I had 3 customers who returned their item because they bought it by accident and realized that it's not compatible with already existing equipment.

And now, suddenly I'm into red. Just before end of the month I sold about 30 items for £1 or £2 just to make sure that I can improve my DSR quickly and when my new monthly allowances becomes available I will sell more items with lower prices, like others have mentioned previously. It's something that I'm not big fan of, but I realize that it's something that I need to do to keep it going long terms.

IF I make it without getting suspended, I will for sure start splitting my stock between good quality normal priced items and then just "quick stats sales" It makes more sense long term.

It's actually unfortunate that I don't really have big negative cases or bad feedback, just cases that go against me are more unfortunate cases or either delayed postage or genuine misunderstanding from customer side.

let's hope for the best.
