Empty Parcel
 

Hi
Recently sold very small item,on ebay.
Buyer claims package empty,difficult to prove due
To weight being only couple grams.
Any advise greatly appreciated.

Is there a case opened against you yet?
If not, i would either refund or replace before this happens.

As its your word against the buyers when it comes to ebay.
So if its a small amount i would rather refund etc.. than have defects and negatives that can negatively affect your account.

Refund or replace.

By your own admission 'difficult to prove'.

Be gracious and defend your account.

Damaged DSRs are no use to any seller.

Just to give encouragement, I have had cases where I did really think the buyer was a toerag and wanting to put one over me.

I went ahead and did refunds, gave the service I claimed I gave ( :rolleyes:).

And got the postive feedback plus return purchases.

My fav quote is from The Godfather movie: it's just business, not personal.
Helps to survive.
