Its getting impossible to get neg feedback removed
 

Despite policy breaches!!

The first left a negative feedback with positive comments - they wouldn't remove it because the policy states its not removeable when buyers leave this yet it is if sellers do.

The second wanted a partial refund and said she would open a case if i didn't comply (extortion in my eyes, not in ebays because she said case and not feedback).....she returned it, got her refund. I relisted it and got positive feedback from the second listing. she then leaves her negative & makes a clear reference to the second listing - been on the phone for an hour - won't remove it!

Its getting utterly ridiculous to keep selling on there so think I will be calling it a day.

Sellers cannot submit neg feedback

Seller feedback can be removed when its a neg comment on a positive feedback.

Its a real PITA these days as buyers use and abuse the system, but as sellers we have no choice but to try to comply to avoid cases being opened, low DSR or neg feedback

I had a Neg feedback with a positive comment once, firstly I contacted them to ask them if they could change it but had communication problems so I used the "report a buyer" option next to where the feedback was left and after 2 weeks I heard nothing back from ebay, I then reported it again but had to use a different option as it said you have already reported the buyer for this reason... anyway after 5 weeks and 3 attempts I still had no reply from ebay...

I was disgusted with their service and they are supposed to be the ones setting an example as to how they would expect their buyers to be treated!

I got on chat in the end and they finally removed it albeit made themselves out to be doing me a massive favour and never took any responsibility for lack of or no communication.
