Paypal withdrawals now saying 3-5 days

Hi everyone

I tried to with draw from paypal this morning and it is stating 3-5 business days whereas this has always been instant.

The account has all limits lifted etc. Is this a new problem? Should I go ahead and withdraw and wait 3-5 days or will this be fixed?

Could just be a glitch with pp - pp is known for delays...especially UK. Should not be a problem to withdraw and wait

Tread carful with the account, it is for a reason.

just take it easy until it goes back to the usual two hours.

Let the withdraw clear before requesting another withdraw. It will in time (generally) drop back down to instant

If this happens again, don't withdraw. Go back and try again.

Or wait a while before trying again.

I've read this can fix the issue for some. Worth a try.

Glitch. Log out, clear cache , log in. Had this many times.

This has been happening to my real, real account for about a month now, maybe even longer. I have 500 transaction, 100% feedback, 0.4% Defect rate and 4.9/5 stars.
Most of the time it's instant, but then every other day or so it just comes up with a random number. Sometimes 24 hours, sometimes 72 hours, then back to 2 hours and then 48 hours. So annoying.
Once the 72 hour payment clears it goes back to 2 hours

I'd understand the spikes in withdrawl times if I'd have returns or disputes but this account is as clean as they come.

Just seems to be a totally random thing.

Sounds similar to the issue they had with processing withdrawals as faster payments several months ago, they reverted to processing as bacs for a few days, hence the 3-5 days.
