Default How many defect will kill an account on combined total of 120 transactions

I have an account with a combined total of 120 sales, Although my next projection is Above standard but I received a return request (for item not correct size) and refund request (Cause item has not been delivered) both of these I believe would also results in defect.

I would like to know how much total defect will bring this account down if we assume that I have had a total transactions of 120 thus far as a new account.

If the threshold for being above average is %5 and under, then it's quite easy to calculate really, if you know the amount of transactions you have. If you fail to do this basic calculation, I don't think you are fully prepared to do business. BUT, that's only my opinion and luckily we have this crazy thing called Google. If you Google "5 Percent of 120" you will get the a number, that number represent the 5 percent, of 120.
If your defects are samller than this number, you are good. If they are over, you need to sell more and hope that you will not get any more defect.

Sorry for being ****ty, but basic maths are basic maths.
1% of 120 is 1.2
5% of 120 is 6
If you have 2 defects, you are still well above the threshold, in fact you should still be TRS.

Remember the threshold is 5% AND a minimum of 8 unique people leaving defects.

It says:
The transaction defect rate wont affect your seller level until you get 8 transaction defect from 8 diff buyers within the most recent evaluation period.

The most recent evaluation period was Feb and another evaluation coming up in March.

Here is where I think it get even more tricky that I asked this question and wanted the good peoples input, people who dont throw stones at people living in glass house, not just a basic arithmetic. Like 2 * 1

Does the most recent evaluation period also takes into consideration the collective results of previous evaluations in the last 12 months or in this scenario does it only include the defect that was reported in the month of Feb (the most recent evaluation period in this case).

Does it mean minimu unique of 8 within a month or over the history of the account?

If 5% of 120 is 6 and it said 8 unique does it means I would still be fine at 7 defects?

My account is healthy I am just asking so that I would know when to hibernate it with safe goods and get my next stealth moving while this is resting.

Thanks a lot

Your account is evaluated over 12 months.

You've said you have 120 transactions, so you will need 8 different buyers to leave you a defect before you fall below standard.

Thanks @ Just_smile, but 5% of 120 is less than 8. So why not 6 unique instead of 8 if we go by the rule of 5%.

To fall below standard, your defect rate needs to be above 5% AND a min of 8 unique defects. The key word is AND.

For example, if you sold 15 items and received one defect, you are already above 5%.

No one would be able to sustain a new account if that was the limit alone. The 8 unique buyers is the buffer.
