Best way to get feedback/defects removed
What's the best way to get Neg/Neutral removed from your account? I've been using the feature where you report the buyer but nothing ever happens. I've been getting some stupid neg feedback lately from buyers who don't read my descriptions properly or leave neg by mistake. Or best was someone having a moan that i only give them 7 days to collect item and they were too busy to collect it so I sent it back. Not my fault these are eBays rules.
Got a good 20-30 I think I could get rid off my account but what's the best way to do it? I don't mind ringing eBay if that's my best bet as I ring then every couple if months anyway. Should I phone business team or normal eBay customer service? Thanks |
