You did not give enough info in your post to get the reply you were expecting though mynameis, and as far as saying the 21 days hold is irrelevant, if this is a new account which it certainly sounds like it is from your comment, any holds that might be placed on it are very relevant and this forum has many many people who would tell you that as well. You don't just add a bank account to a paypal account out of the blue, if it is an established paypal you are adding a new bank to then you will more than likely have big issues, changing details as big as that raises flags, and you were either doing that or it is a new account, both of which create their own issues these days. Really you are going to have to try it and see what happens, there are no hard and fast rules with stealth usually not about things like this anyway. No one can give you an exact answer about the 'right' way to do this, you have to weigh up the pro's and con's yourself. |
