Can anybody give me some advice?

Basically I've recently placed my latest (and largest) order from my wholesalers, got about £15k of my usual big sellers, and I've also branched out and placed smaller orders of some other products to try them out.

My problem is that I bought some Vaporiser pens and e-cigarettes as I'd seen lots of others selling them very well on eBay, I sold about 10 in the first day having them listed, but have just had my listing removed.

Unbeknownst to me this is (for whatever reason) against eBays rules, I genuinely had no idea because to me it doesn't really make much sense, but it's ok, eBay staff were genuinely understanding.

What I was hoping for some advice on, is there anywhere that people know of that I could sell them? It's only about £300 worth of them so It's really not a major loss, but would be nice if I didn't have to throw them in the bin!

If youre looking for somewhere online, try places like ioffer, amazon, maybe craigslist or offerup.

I'd never touch that market. No profit and so much competition but are you sure about not being allowed? Seems like A LOT are on the market.

Overflooded market indeed but OP has items in hand apparently...

No profit? Really? How much you expect to make per sale?

You can easily find these items prices on websites for around $5.00/£4.00+ give or take a little and they sell no more than around £4.00 - $6.00. You make around £1.00/$1.00 profit on each one sold and with risks and hazards, breakage, returns etc. Just isn't worth it on top of all the competition. I only do anything with £5.00+ profit. Seems to me working well for me right now (:

From my 48 hours of experience, it was pretty good, sold like 10-15 of them and they had decent profit margins even with first class post so can't complain.

As for being sure about being allowed, TELL ME ABOUT IT! haha there are literally tens of thousands of listings for ecigs and vaporisers, and at least 3-4 stores I saw in the UK alone that specialise in nothing but ecigs and vaporisers!

If you look at eBays "Drugs and drug paraphernalia policy" and "Tobacco policy" it does say that "Water pipes, chamber pipes, carburetor pipes, electric pipes, ice pipes, bongs, chillums" "Vaporizers intended to be used with alcohol or illegal substances" (is vaporizing alcohol actually a thing?!) and "Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) and components" are all completely banned!

annnnd despite as I said thousands of others selling these items mine got taken down within 2 days and it's obviously not worth trying to relist.

I thought about amazon, but I've never sold on there before, and when I looked into it you have to have a premium acount, and request permission to sell in the category that you sell these items, so I really not sure what to do there honestly.

I have a friend out in another state in the US that used to sell ecigs and those ecigs stuff. He quit selling them on ebay, he ran into the same problem you have. He finally just opened his own ecig ship out in Chicago late last year.

He made money selling them on ebay but ebay gave him too many problems.

Ah i see. If you want higher profits then you cant be selling the ecigs that sell on average of 4-6. The market is has a pretty wide range of goods. But yeah for ecigs on ebay knowing that my account only lasts about 1 month average. i wouldnt sell anything less than $15 profit per piece.
