Safe to use address in eBay messaging?
 

How much attention do eBay pay to messages between a buyer & seller?

I have a stealth account that currently can't accept returns and the buyer is insisting on returning the item, even though I've already refunded her and said she can keep the item as I have no use for it.

I can accept returns under my old address which is obviously banned.

I've sent an email to her private email address with the correct return address but she said she never got it (weird!).
I then said it was on the back of the package that I sent out and she said she no longer has that.

She's insisting that I tell her the return address via eBay messaging. Is it safe to do this?

If you don't even need the return why don't you use any random address - she'll be satisfied and the person who gets it may be able to make use of it.

I would not risk my account for something like this.

Do what Zak412134 suggested if you do not even need the item back.

I would also suggest sending a message saying - can you deliver directly to our customer: [insert random name and address].
