lifting limits on paypal
 

got a different outcome this time

it went to verify address on paypal and didnt accept it, normally would now send in docs but there is no option available to do this?

how do i go about resolving this now?

you need to do it twice before it asks for docs.

So what the deal with verifying the address? Is this pinpointed by your IP address, when I have used the address I have been in at the time of verifying in the past it has gone through with no problems and lifted limits

Lifting limits can only be done autonatically if the account is real.

Stealth accounts will fail, twice. Then you have to upload docs.

So how does the automated system tell the difference between a stealth and real account then? is this down to IP location?

PayPal will need a proof of address and a photo ID

I already sent the docs last year but they didn't verify nor close the account, I will try upload them again but not hopeful

It may be that the docs they requested last time were for something else.

Upload them and then give PayPal 4/5 weeks to review them

It checks if the user in question is on the electoral role.

No I uploaded docs and waited, now at limit so they are requested again

Just need to upload them again when the checks fail 2 times.

When you added them the first time, it usually takes a month to look at the documents at the moment, if you reached the receiving limits BEFORE this 30 days passed, the system will automatically ask for the documents again because the limits are not lifted.

But when you do reach the receiving limit, it usually takes a few days to have them look at them.

I uploaded docs in November, reached limit this month
