Can ebay/PP link two accounts by video cable?

For now, I share a single video cable between 2 monitors and two cpu just by unscrewing and attaching. I would be doing this until I get a new cable. Is it possible both accounts could be linked this way?

No. The cable in and of itself does not transmit any identifying information.
