Is this a safe way to manage multiple user accounts?
 

For each account, you need diff dongle (or whatever you use for internet)
It is a fact that each flash cookies on each user account are not linkable. so in this case the setting is not altered.

Login/Logout process will go thus:

1- Login to user account (x)
2- Insert dongle ref:123 then check ip before browsing(x)
3- Eject dongle when finish (x)
4- Logout from user account (x)
5- Login to user account (y)
6- Insert dongle ref:456 then check ip before browsing (y)
7 - Eject dongle when finish (y)
8 - Logout from user account (y)Insert dongle then check ip before browsing


Did you spot any mistake or ommitted step in this process?

Make a record of each IP and the user Account it was used for. Try and use different browsers as well.

Excel with list of all actions in every account. List of all IPs used for each account.
