Quick Stealth Question
 

Ive set up my stealth last week with paypal. Ive used a different name and my uncles address and new user account on my mac. Ive also got a new router installed by virgin so the mac address and ip will have changed now.
My question is that while my "home" selling account got suspended about a year ago, this didn't effected my brothers account which is registered with the same address.

Will my new stealth account be linked because my stealth and my brothers account will be using the same "new router". (new stealth being registered at another address and my brothers still registered with the home address. (Wont it be 2 accounts registered to different address using same mac address)

If that makes sense.

Everything needs to be new.

If your new account will be using the same IP address as your brothers account also uses then it will cause a link.

You need to be the only one using the IP address and address.

I think we have both logged in to our accounts this week. Nothing has been blocked yet. Is it to late now for my stealth now?

Are IPs will be different as weve both got are own laptops, but its the "new" mac address on the new router im worried about.

Is each router mac address individuality unique to each account, like IP addresses are?

IP address will be the same.

IP address is assigned by the router, not the laptop. Laptops just have a local IP that will be different but that makes no difference as that is not the IP that PP and EB are interested in.

I would suggest starting a new stealth making sure you use the correct methods to prevent any issues occurring with your brothers account (and then hope its not too late)

Oh rite ive fuxxed up i thort the new router would give us both different ips. Ive just check we have both got the same your rite.

Is this really a problem tho as my brothers account is fine and has been for a year or so. They didnt block him wen my selling account got blocked. This was over a year ago.

Will having 2 accounts with different registered addresses on the same "NEW" ip cause a problem, i dont want to sell anything dodgy just want an account i can use again

James is right of course would be a good idea for you both to create new accounts to fall back on if you get linked and suspended, nurture those second accounts carefully and they could bring in useful extra funds for you both.

Is your brothers account only used for buying? If so this may be why his account is O.K.

Your brothers account is ok for now, but it may get suspended in the future.

So if I'm right I wiil made new stealth and want use my parents laptop which one is linked to same IP as mine IP on ebay/pp sales.
BUT I will use new dongle internet and different IP. Want use thier laptop becasue is clean (I never him for my mial/post/ebay/pp).
So im ok to use parents laptop with my own dongle interent just for stealth or have to do some cleaning every time before login any way.

Your going to want a new user account as well. Just keeps everything separate and simple

SWEET, because login to multiple accounts from one pc is too problematic for me, one day can be forget something and problem ready.

thanks for the info. Yes my bros account is used for selling to.

Im getting new router fitted tomorrow, guna have to start again.

my ebay and PP has been suspended
 

It has happened as my son sold few trainers using my business account. Im stock with my business. Please guys help me. What should I do????
