Bank account application details
 

Need some advise. I am opening two bank accounts today (Halifax easycash account) and co op account. On the application form it asks for a home/mobile number and a email address. Can i use my old phone number/email that was on my banned paypal before, or does this have to be new as well?
(Halifax easycash account) and (co op account) have not been used on paypal before.

No you must use fresh phone number and email otherwise your new Paypals will suffer the same fate as your old ones and be banned.

Whoa! Stop! No, use your normal phone and email on bank applications! I think Rosie's info is wrong!!

Its fine to use old information for a bank account application.

They will not share it with eBay or PayPal

You need to use real info for banks

You can use old infos for the bank account but you need a fresh working phone number anyway when adding your bank account to new PayPal.
Text code verification is likely to be sent.

Remember, you sign up for bank accounts using all your real details.

This is very important.

All bank account details are real. I am only using my old phone/email for the new bank account application only. Everything else i will follow the stealth guide. Thanks all. :thumb:

Yes that was the point I was making, real details for bank, but not for stealth !

you want to use old info on the bank account application only?

If so, yes you can.

Make sure that your new stealth account has new phone numbers though.
