Seller Ratings.
Really confused hoping someone may offer some info. I was just looking at my performance summary as my projected seller level for next month has me at Above Standard instead of TSR which I am at the moment.
So after looking into it I've seen at the bottom it says it's looking at a 12 month period (which is longer than I've even been selling, but it's an old account) but on every single other evaluation I've ever had it does it purely on the past 3 months performance, anybody know why this is? or has eBay just made changes without bothering to tell me? |
