Should I just permanently change my IP address for my new account?

Received a new stealth account and was wondering if i should permanently change my IP address and make a new user for the account.

Also in relation to cookies do you sign in and browse or do you just browse without having to be signed in.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, new user needed for each account and you need to change your IP address as well when swapping between both, change your internet homepage to IPBURGER.com so you can see it- there are many other issues you need to be aware of to stay above water so buy the stealth guide before doing anything else
