Serious eBay messaging system problem?
 

Any one else have complaints from customers on not receiving messages or saying they have sent you messages, but you have none. This is becoming a daily occurrence in our venture now. :fight:

I get around 40 emails a day on eBay and not had any complaints about this, I send around 30 emails and don't remember any complaints.

Never had an issue. I have another issue - ebay says there is a question or offer on items, that already had all questions answered and offers replied. And I don't know how to remove it. And sometimes it says I have unread messages, I go inside, mark all messages as read, but it still says I have unread messaged.

Who ever is complaining is probably yanking your chain, never heard of missing messages going missing. Those that are complaining, is it based on the same item?

No issue here except that I can't leave feedback on my IE Browser - I have to go onto Mozilla for feedback...but IE works for listing, paying fees, etc

Just random items. I always think they are yanking my chain. But just too many of them now which makes me think there might be a bug?

Would not be surprised. As found a "want it now" logo on one of the pages still advertised as new feature :D

I get a line on my invoices on chrome , but not on IE. :D

Do you check your email for messages too? Sometimes people say they messaged you, but actually they sent a direct message to your email address. Some people are just stupid and don't realise you have messaged them.

I was messaging someone who was sending me loads of messages and he kept saying "stop ignoring me!!!" etc. I was literally replying within 1 minute, but he never read any of my messages. Originally I thought perhaps he was trolling, so I decided to Google his name to get some insight, after seeing his Facebook profile I decided he probably wasn't trolling..
