Anyone know how to get through to the Philippine call centre?
 

Trying to get through to these guys. I've tried calling late evening (around 8pm ish) but still goes through to Ireland. Does anyone know if there is a certain "contact us" option you have to go through to get to these guys? I want to discuss some defects with them, not with the Irish guys, I hate them and despise dealing with them (no racist).

I also tried again today thinking maybe it's Sunday and will go through to them but no luck, got through to an utter **** who didn't want to help the slightest.

That's going to be a bit difficult, I know there's certain times that calls go to the Philippines. Have you had success in the past getting to that specific call center before?

Yes I have. And they are much more understanding. I had a bunch of defects that I chose "out of stock" for instead of "buyer changed there mind" (because I had already refunded via PayPal and choosing the "changed mind" option would have refunded them again) and they removed them straight away.wherss the Irish ones refused to and said it was my own fault, etc.

When you call do you have a choice of number, one if you are in the UK and one if you are not in the UK?

As I am not in the UK I always call the international number and get the Philippines.

I'm not sure for the UK, when I've called I usually also get Philippines.

I was under the impression it depends on your account.

If you're top rated business seller you get ireland.

all others get Manilla.

When you get MC999 after listing the first item it will give you an 020 number. You think you're calling London but actually it doesn't it forwards to the Philippines. May be worth testing the numbers under the Help & Contact page.

If you select anything under help regarding 'resolving a problem with your account' it will go through to Ireland.

Ok thanks guys. Can someone drop a couple numbers here, along with what they think tge best time to call might be (I'm uk btw) and il go through them. Cheers

Just tried the "call me" option, no luck, had to hang up as soon as I heard the accent. Lol.

Hope you not risking your account doing this repeatedly since you have to enter in a once time passcode which brings up the account for them.

sorry to hijack an old thread but thought it would be easier to ask here rather than start a new thread... How do i get through to the IRISH call center? I have absolutely no luck getting through i keep getting philipines...the guys on the call center just don't seem to know what they're doing. I have had better fortune with Ireland fingers crossed! I'm a top rated business seller & use 08003586551 to ring them....

Irish call centre is selling limits and trust & safety. If you request a call it will be Ireland
