anybody know how long it takes to upgrade cashplus to total access?

Any alternative banks in the uk?

any banks that allow you to upload or send id ?

i have proof of address and photo id but cannot get a certified copy

So long as your on the electoral roll and have credit history your going to be able to open up a lot of accounts without needing to send in ID

I would stick to main banks

HSBC, Halifax, Barclays, Nationwide ect

I have Barclays, Santander, and Co-Op which will be the same as your Cashplus Goldilocks, they can all be opened online. I used a local Estate Agent to certify my photo I.d., that was for something else though, never needed to upload certified i.d. for ebay or amazon.

Cashplus is a prepaid card with unique account number.

It is not the same as a bank account.

Cashplus require certified ID to unlock the "bank account" aspect of the card if the applicant cannot be found on public records. It is nothing to do with ebay or Amazon.

Yes thanks for that update Ebayorbust, I realise which prepaid card is being discussed here now.

cashplus is very complicated, got the card few months ago, and still havent got full access, 2 times sent certified documents. And it takes long time till they get it and much longer to check it.
