i have earned over the limits on my paypal account,so they have asked me to verify again,problem is that the account is under a false name,so far they have only asked me to verify my cc again and enter the 4 digit code,but if they need more info like proof of address i will be stuffed,i have over £500 in this account,has anyone else had this happen to them,i am a nervous wreck and worried i will lose my money,please give me some advice,it is very much appreciated,thanks

Just supply EXACTLY what they want. Do it as soon as possible. Try not to worry too much. Many UK paypal accounts get this, supply the details & then
are OK.

got the expuse code today,hope all goes smoothly,if not it was nice to have been a member of this great forum,now where is that gun.

dont take it to heart, if it makes you feel better then they are currently holding £2k of mine for 180 days which happend about a month or so ago and they have another account of mine which they have limited with about £2.5k which i am currently working on to get resloved

thanks gremlin,my problem is the account is in another name and address,so if they ask questions about that and want proof of my address i cannot provide,hence i am bricking myself,i have sent them the expuse code today,so hope all will go well,thanks again for your support.

ps.
i cannot remember the date of birth i used for the account,is there anyway i can find this on my account,cheers

just to say i am very happy paypal was sorted this morning,after a trillion emails to some guy in luxemberg,thanks for the advice and support,always appreciated,hope to help as many people in the same way,cheers
