Now there's no click and collect

I am heavy user of this service. Very useful. then I couldn't find it on anything in any browser on my pcs/laptops. Eventually tried using ebay on android phone and it is there. Don't really know what ebay are up to but it is there if you fiddle around. (I suspect Argos are having a rethink?)

Yeah this is really disapointing.

I imagine lots of returns and lots of claims of 'i didnt pick it up' have cause 3bay to think again. Funny how they are quick to act when its their pocket...unlike the defect system
