What role do I give an employee
 

Hi Guys,

I am looking to employ my first staff to help with managing the ebay business such as updating and managing inventory, dealing with customer service as well as packaging when necessary

But I do not know how to define the job role as I am interested in an appropriate title they can add to their CV.

Please make a suggestion.

Probably not advisable to employ someone if you cannot even find them a job title.......

Think of something that sounds good and is appropriate to the job you're going to give them.

Online sales assistant is how I would discribe it.

You need to make it clear that they need to have good IT skill as well :thumb:
