Ebay's Vero List

note: direct link to ebay

The list link^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Just because a company has a about me page that does NOT include ALL VERO members.
I know for a fact that there are VERO members that do not have a about me page on eBay.

There is also a "Secret eBay List" that is not published anywhere on eBay.
This list is the one that tells you what Brands trip the Seller 30 Day Restrictions.
You can guess some of the names like Louis Vuitton, Channel, Gucci ETC..
No I do not know where you can find this list.
I have only seen parts of it posted on eBay's Seller Central before eBay removed the posts there.

i remember seeing something about LV suing ebay .. but you still see a fairly decent amount of counterfeits, not as much as before, but i dont think its done any good for the poupette sellers

Any trade mark can be part of the VeRO program. So in answer to your question - yes - these are VeRO items.

though any trademark item can be vero, which are more likely to take you down is the question

Hot branded items. You're more likely to have a LV bag removed than you are a pair of Reebok socks.

other big givaway

if we are talking replicas, there are giveaways to the vero observer, eg certain styles that arent actually made by real brand, or any visual variations etc..that is more common than you might think, even if you show packaging that might be a givaway. other thing is price - too cheap and brand new or multiples, I know there are reasons why a seller might do this, but its suspicious.

If its the real deal well, normally you can prove your supplier details if questioned, however vero owner may still not want you selling their goods on ebay for many reasons like exclusivity....

As for second hand, even thats got its pitfalls if its a particularly hot vero,If I get bored of a designer bag and sell them off on ebay, Ive only been questioned when I tried to sell one too cheap and it got pulled, completely real but I was selling it for £5, as it reeked of red wine that spilled on it at a party, and that was in description, - reason for pulling - copyright.

so not always logical, especially when you see the amount of designer gear on ebay, and you think Why not me!! well I have learnt to spread it around your many accounts, makes a big difference to their radar
