OP, stop talking about what you have done many times before....

Game is changing. The old is no longer a given.
Are you confident abut the usage of your OS?

Is your IP range broad enough to look as of you are a different you?

My IP range is large and today it happened again. Maybe its the 3v vouchers I am using.

I cant see anything wrong with the way I am creating the accounts .

I will try and use another computer for next account and maybe it will fix the problem.

Saying that, all my old 50 accounts are all active and in use daily so I am a bit baffled.
